- Non-returnable: Opened hygiene items (pacifiers, teethers)

How do I place an order?
- Select baby products → Add to Cart
- Proceed to Checkout
- Enter shipping address (Include phone/ZIP!)
- Choose payment: Visa/MC/PayPal
- Confirm → Check email for order confirmation
Can I change or cancel my order?
Processing (1-3h)：Email us immediately at info@kidiepod.com with subject "CANCEL [Order#]"
Shipped：Cannot cancel → Follow return process
How can I check my order status?
Three options:
- Shopify Account: Orders page
- Email: Search "KidiePod Order Confirmation"
- Manual Check: Email us your order number
What if I receive wrong/missing items?
Within 48 hours:
Email info@kidiepod.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of received items
- Package label image
We'll ship replacements within 72h
